Nudge is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email or adjusting your notification settings in the app. Note that transactional emails (verification codes, account security alerts) cannot be disabled while your account is active.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to object to processing, the right to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing your data is the performance of our contract with you (providing the service), our legitimate interests (improving the app, preventing fraud), and your consent (for optional features like location access). If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

Nudge is operated from the United States.
